Body Cooling Clothing

Purchase a vest or t-shirt that is designed to hold gel packs. Many garments have strategically placed pockets added to them that can be used to secure gel packs. Add one or more gel packs into the pockets and secure the pockets with a zipper or velcro closure. Cooling clothing is made out of lightweight fabric and a cooling garment can be worn underneath your regular clothing.

After your back is exposed to the cool fabric for short amount of time, you will experience a soothing sensation that will result in reduced pain and swelling in your back. Gel packs are reusable and can be placed inside of a freezer for a few hours when you would like to increase the coolness that each one emits.
