Tension In Your Face? Drain Your Lymph Vessels To Get Rid Of It

Blog

If you develop tension in your face that makes you feel tired and bloated, drain the lymph vessels in your face. Sometimes, fluids build up in your face overnight when contaminants clog up your skin pores. Unclogging your skin's pores and draining the lymph vessels found just below the skin of your face releases pressure, tension, and fluid buildup. Lymph fluids fight infections and other contaminants in your body by pulling them from your skin cells and blood. If your skin contains too many contaminants, it overwhelms and weakens your lymph vessels so that they can't work efficiently or properly. You can successfully release the tension in your face with the tips below.

Dampen and Oil Your Face

You want to dampen your face with warm water before you drain the lymph vessels in it. Warm water opens up the pores in your face so that your skin can release toxins and impurities easier during the lymph vessel massage. The water also soothes your skin if it feels itchy or tight.

After you wet your face, dot your forehead, cheeks and chin with vitamin E oil, then gently massage the oil into your skin. Lightly-textured oils, such as vitamin E, encourage the blood cells in your skin to regenerate because they absorb quickly. The oils also contain natural ingredients that fight free radicals, which are some of the things your lymph vessels remove from your body but can't if they're blocked.

Drain the Lymph Vessels in Your Face

Now, it's time to drain your lymph vessels. Here what you do:

  1. Dampen your face one more time with warm water.
  2. Pour a dime size amount of vitamin E oil into the palm of your left or right hand.
  3. Rub your hands together vigorously to warm up the oil, then use your fingertips to apply the oil to your forehead and chin.
  4. Place the index and middle fingers of each hand together, then position the fingers over the area between your eyebrows. The tips of the fingers of your left hand should touch the fingers of your right hand.
  5. Sweep the fingers of both hands along each eyebrow for 30 seconds. Use quick but light motions to drain the lymph vessels completely.
  6. Place the backs of your fingers together in the center of your chin and just below your jawline. Quickly sweep your fingers upward until they touch your earlobes. Repeat this step for 20 seconds.

After you drain the vessels in your face, place the palms of both hands on the back of your neck. Quickly sweep or pull your hands downward until they touch your shoulders. You only want to perform this step four times. You successfully drained the lymph vessels and toxins in your face.

If you still feel tension in your face, contact a chiropractor for assistance. The tension may be a sign of other problems, such as a bad back or head pain, which means you may need massage therapy

Learning All About The Benefits Of Chiropractic Adjustments

Hi there, my name is Georgette Limerick. I am excited to share my knowledge about chiropractic procedures with you today. I was a softball player through middle school, high school and college. I often stood on the pitcher's mound and lobbed the ball over the plate. The constant movement of my shoulder pulled the ligaments and joint out of alignment. Eventually, I developed an immense amount of pain throughout my neck, back and shoulder. The pain even shot down my arm to my fingertips, making it difficult to work at an acceptable pace. I visited a chiropractor several times to see if some precise adjustments would help. After the third visit, I was convinced the procedures healed me. My site will explore the benefits of chiropractic procedures in detail. Thanks for coming by.
